NOVELTY - Acoustic diaphragm (150) comprises a metal plate (151) including a metal, an upper graphene layer (153) provided on the upper surface of the metal plate and a lower graphene layer provided on a lower surface of the metal plate. The metal plate is a catalytic metal of the upper graphene layer and the lower graphene layer and has a value of 10-100 mu m. The thickness of the upper graphene layer and the lower graphene layer has a value of 0.35-5 nm. USE - The acoustic diaphragm is useful in speaker to generate acoustic signal by converting electrical signal into mechanical signal (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The acoustic diaphragm can cover wide range of sound range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) speaker comprising a frame having multiple ventilation holes, a yoke disposed inside the frame and having a concave receiving groove, a flake of the permanent magnet and the magnetic material disposed in the receiving groove, a voice coil positioned in a space between an outer surface of the permanent magnet and an inner wall of the yoke and the acoustic diaphragm connected to an upper end of the voice coil; and (2) manufacturing acoustic diaphragm, comprising preparing a metal plate comprising a metal and synthesizing an upper graphene layer and a lower graphene layer on the upper surface and the lower surface of the metal sheet, respectively.
