NOVELTY - A coated diamond-like alkene artificial joint is obtained by mutually matching joint head and joint socket. The joint head comprises a metal substrate and a superfine diamond graphene layer provided outside the metal substrate. The joint socket includes polyethylene matrix and superfine diamond graphene layer provided on polyethylene matrix. The superfine diamond graphene layer comprises nanodiamond alkene. The nanodiamond alkene comprises lamellar nano diamond single crystal structure. USE - Coated diamond-like alkene artificial joint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coated diamond-like alkene artificial joint has high hardness, and excellent wear resistance and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A coated diamond-like alkene artificial joint is obtained by mutually matching joint head and joint socket. The joint head comprises a metal substrate and a superfine diamond graphene layer provided outside the metal substrate. The joint socket includes polyethylene matrix and superfine diamond graphene layer provided on polyethylene matrix. The superfine diamond graphene layer comprises nanodiamond alkene. The nanodiamond alkene comprises lamellar nano diamond single crystal structure. Nanodiamond alkene has layer of sp3 hybrid orbital carbon bond provided between carbon atoms, and layer of sp2 hybridized carbon bond provided between carbon atoms. The nano diamond has lattice spacing of 0.21 nm. The average particle diameter of nanodiamond alkene is 20-500 nm. The carbon content of nanodiamond alkene is 99-100%. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of coated diamond-like alkene artificial joint, which involves using compound resin binder.
