▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene conductive structure involves: (S1) preparing a modified electrode substrate whose surface comprises an amino functional group; (S2) preparing a modified graphene aqueous dispersion; (S3) adding aqueous ammonia solution to carboxylated graphene aqueous dispersion according to the mixed volume ratio of 3:500, mixing and stirring to obtain a mixed solution; (S4) immersing the modified electrode substrate in the mixed solution, stirring and reacting at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, and uniformly condensing graphene on the surface of the modified electrode substrate; and (S5) drying the modified electrode substrate to obtain graphene conductive structure of graphene-coated electrode substrate. USE - Preparing graphene conductive structure used in electrical, optical, magnetic and mechanical applications. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes graphene surface, which has activated carboxyl group, and electrode substrate surface, which is polymerized with an amino group to effectively promote graphene stably and uniformly connected to the electrode substrate under the action of an amide condensation effect between the amino group and the carboxyl group.
