NOVELTY - Composite sheet comprises heating powder, anode material and nano-diaphragm powder which are stacked in sequence and pressed. The heating powder is a mixture of micro-nano iron powder and potassium perchlorate in a weight ratio of 70-90:10-25. The components and the proportions of the components included in the anode material are disulfides: electrolyte: adsorbent: high thermal conductivity graphene=65-85:5-10:3-10:7-15, the adsorbent is MgO or Al2O3. The nano-diaphragm powder is mixed with electrolyte and MgO in a ratio of 50-65:35-50, heated and melted, and prepared into particles with a particle size of less than 10 μm. USE - Composite sheet for use in manufacturing quick activation monomer battery (Claimed) used in weapon system. ADVANTAGE - The sheet improves ignition speed, and shortens activation time of the heat battery, and improves electrochemical performance and stability, conductivity, forming property and heat value, and reduces storage time, and enhances anti-severe environment ability and safety, and avoids increase of internal resistance of the discharging process, and reduces electrolyte melting point, and reduces battery polarization internal resistance.
