NOVELTY - A composition comprises 90-95 pts. wt. component (A) and 5-10 pts. wt. component (B). The component (A) comprises thermally conductive filler and 1-3 wt.% silane coupling agent. The component (B) comprises graphene oxide and 70-80 wt.% isocyanate. USE - Composition is useful in composite material, which is useful as base film (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent thermal conductivity, thermal insulation properties, mechanical properties, dielectric properties and water vapor barrier properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) composite material, which comprises 75-90 pts. wt. polymer including polyester, polyethylene naphthalate and polyimide, 10-25 pts. wt. composition and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. antioxidant; (2) preparation of composite material, which involves weighing raw materials and then uniformly mixing, adding solvent to the mixture and polymerizing; and (3) use of composite material as base film.
