▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Physical coating preparation of graphene-based composite material sensor, comprises (1) preparing flexible substrate, curing agent, graphene, and organic solvent, (2) adding the flexible substrate and curing agent into the organic solvent and curing to obtain the flexible material film, (3) smearing graphene on the surface of flexible material film multiple times by smearing method, and (4) removing the easily exfoliated graphene on the surface of the flexible material, and encapsulate to obtain a graphene-based composite material sensor. USE - The method is useful for physical coating preparation of graphene-based composite material sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to operate, capable of solving the graphene of uneven mixing and dispersing of the flexible substrate material and solution soaking method and bad adhesion of spraying method. The graphene mass fraction can obtain high conductivity, excellent sensitivity, quick response, and strong durability of graphene-based composite material sensor.
