▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene thin film sensor, obtained by (1) washing the glass piece, and covering with double-sided tape on one side of the glass piece, attaching the non-adhesive side of the water-soluble tape to the double-sided tape of the glass sheet, and covering with double-sided tape, tearing off the protective layer on the surface of the water-soluble tape to expose the sticky surface, and cutting the polyimide film into the same size as the glass sheet, and attaching to the sticky surface of the hydrosol tape to obtain a processing material, (2) drawing the required electrode pattern, and importing the electrode pattern into the carbon dioxide laser cutting machine, processing by a carbon dioxide laser cutting machine, placing the initial product in water, dissolving the water-soluble tape between the polyimide film and the glass sheet in the initial product, separating the polyimide film from the glass sheet, and discarding the glass sheet to obtain the graphene thin film sensor. USE - The graphene film sensor is useful in glucose sensor (claimed), for non-invasive detection of blood sugar in biochemical, clinical chemical and food analysis. ADVANTAGE - The film sensor obtained by the laser cutting method has low requirement for sensor for sensor processing fast speed processing low cost processing it can satisfy the requirement of large processing, saving cost, at the same time, laser cutting operation is simple, and the operation process is easy to control, and the graphene film sensor can realize non-invasive detection of blood sugar. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a glucose sensor; and a preparation of sensor.
