▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Modified graphene oxide/cobalt composite coating comprises cobalt, graphite or platinum mesh as an anode and the workpiece to be plated is a cathode, the distance between the two electrodes is set, the anode and the cathode are immersed in the composite plating solution and ultrasonically vibrated, and pulsed current is used for electrodeposition on the workpiece to be plated, according to the deionized water and the total volume of each substance, the composite plating solution comprises 30-200 g/l cobalt salt, 5-80 g/l phosphate, 10-60 g/l boric acid and 10-50 g/l complexing agent, 0.1-1 g/l surfactant, 0.1-0.5 g/l modified graphene oxide. The modified graphene oxide is obtained by adding alumina powder and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane into absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring, filtering, drying to obtain an aminated alumina powder, adding graphene oxide powder prepared by Hummers method and aminated alumina powder into deionized water, ultrasonically vibrating, and stirring. USE - The coating is useful in the field of self-lubricating and corrosion-resistant coatings (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has good dispersibility of graphene oxide, excellent lubrication and wear resistance and easy agglomeration in composite electroplating solution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified graphene oxide/cobalt-based composite coating, comprising (i) preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, (ii) mixing alumina powder and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane in absolute ethanol, filtering and drying to obtain aminated alumina, (iii) adding graphene oxide powder and aminated alumina powder into deionized water, ultrasonically vibrating and stirring to obtain modified graphene oxide, (iv) dissolving cobalt salt, phosphate, boric acid, complexing agent, surfactant and modified graphene oxide in deionized water, respectively, adjusting the pH of the plating solution to 3-6 with sodium hydroxide and dilute sulfuric acid, and ultrasonically vibrating to obtain composite plating solution, (v) taking cobalt, graphite sheet or platinum mesh as an anode, workpiece to be plated is cathode, setting the distance between the two electrodes to 1-5 cm, and immersing anode and cathode in composite plating solution, ultrasonically vibrating for 20-60 minutes in an ultrasonic vibrator with a power of 50-100 W, and performing electrodeposition by pulse current.
