▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The atomization apparatus unit (1) has an atomization flow path which atomizes a sample when the sample passes through an inside. A heat exchanger cools the sample atomized in the atomization device. A first pipe, a second pipe, and a third pipe are mutually arranged in an order towards an outer side at a same axle from the inner side of radial direction. A cooling flow path (R1) into which a cooling water flows is formed in the inner side of the third pipe. The atomization process flow path through which a sample flows is formed inside second pipe. The third pipe is connected by a joint. The joint is provided with a joint main portion formed by a metal material and a nut formed by synthetic resin material. USE - Atomization apparatus unit for atomizing sample including crystalline substance such as cellulose, graphite, graphene, carbon nanotube, composite metal oxide. ADVANTAGE - The heat exchanger discharges the heat generated from the sample by being compressed inside the atomization apparatus, so that the heat generation of the sample which passed through an atomization flow path can be suppressed effectively.
