NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene thin film electrode involves placing graphene raw material in middle of tungsten boat, fixing base material above thermal evaporation coating instrument, closing chamber, vacuumizing, pre-melting graphene raw material into liquid state, undergoing slow evaporation process to form gaseous carbon atoms, depositing on base material to form graphene film, detecting thickness of film to target, and turning off thermal evaporation coating. The pressure in chamber is less than 0.0001 Pa. USE - Preparation method of graphene thin film electrode used in electrochemical analysis detection technology application, and for detecting total phosphorus concentration in water environment. ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent stability, high accuracy and sensitivity, fast speed. The graphene film electrode has strong anti-oxidant and catalytic oxidation capability, and the property of positive phosphate-specific adsorption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for monitoring total phosphorus, which involves using charge transfer resistance and concentration drawing fitting curve for positive phosphate solution with different concentration for electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test, oxidizing all phosphorus elements in solution to tested to positive phosphate radical, using electrode system to tested solution to test electrochemical impedance spectrum, obtaining solution charge transfer resistance, adding into fitting curve, and calculating. The graphene film electrode as working electrode, silver/silver chloride electrode as reference electrode and platinum wire as auxiliary electrode system.
