NOVELTY - An integrated graphene roll-to-roll continuously laminating device comprises machine frame (1) provided with coating device (9), graphite-copper foil roll tension roller (2), contact force jointing device (5), coated polyethylene terephthalate (PET) roll rapid tensioning roller (4) and finished-product coil tension roller. The first steering roller is provided on graphite-copper foil roll tension roller and coating device. The contact force jointing device is connected with finished-product roll tension roller provided with third steering roller and second steering roller. The graphene finished copper foil roll is tensioned with graphite-copper foil roll tension roller. The coated PET roll is tensioned with coated PET roll rapid tensioning roller. The finished coil is provided on finished-product coil tension roller. The contact force jointing device comprises force adjusting device, sliding roller and fixing roller. USE - Integrated graphene roll-to-roll continuously laminating device. ADVANTAGE - The device has stable and reliable quality, and high efficiency and precision. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An integrated graphene roll-to-roll continuously laminating device comprises machine frame (1) provided with graphite-copper foil roll tension roller (2), coating device (9), finished-product coil tension roller, contact force jointing device (5) and coated polyethylene terephthalate (PET) roll rapid tensioning roller (4). The graphite-copper foil roll tension roller and coating device are provided with first steering roller. The contact force jointing device is connected with finished-product roll tension roller provided with second steering roller and third steering roller. The graphite-copper foil roll tension roller is tensioned on graphene finished copper foil roll. The coated PET roll rapid tensioning roller is tensioned on coated PET roll. The finished-product coil tension roller is provided with finished coil. The contact force jointing device comprises fixing roller, sliding roller and force adjusting device. The force adjusting device is fixedly installed on machine frame. The sliding roller is connected with force adjusting device through sliding bracket. The fixing roller is fixedly installed on machine frame through bracket and can rotate around fixed axis of fixing roller. The graphene-copper foil roll of graphene finished copper foil orderly passes through first steering roller. The coating device is attached to film PET on coated PET roll at contact force jointing device. The laminated adhered product orderly passes through second steering roller.
