▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Heat-conducting nylon 6/graphene composite fiber comprises 98.5-99.5 wt.% mass nylon 6 and 0.5-1.5 wt.% graphene. The nylon 6 fiber has diameter of 20-50 mu m. The graphene is reduced by graphene oxide. USE - Heat-conducting nylon 6/graphene composite fiber used for clothing, carpet and decorative cloth. ADVANTAGE - The nylon 6/graphene composite fiber has excellent heat conductivity and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing thermally conductive nylon 6/graphene composite fiber, which inolves: (A) adding graphene oxide with a mass ratio of 5-15% and an average particle size of 0.05-0.2 mu m and a mass ratio of 85-95% with an average particle size of 2-5 m into deionized water and ultrasonic dispersion for 15 minutes to obtain 0.1-0.5mg/mL graphene oxide aqueous solution; (B) putting 98.5-99.5% by mass nylon 6 fiber into 0.1-0.5 mol/L cationic surfactant, a metal oxide solution with a particle size of 5-50 nm and a prefabricated 0.1- with a mass ratio of 0.5-1.5% in sequence in 0.5mg/mL graphene oxide aqueous solution, the immersion time is 5-30 minutes, respectively, to obtain nylon 6/metal oxide/graphene oxide composite fiber; (C) putting the nylon 6/metal oxide/graphene oxide composite fiber into a sodium borohydride aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.1-0.5 moles per liter to foam for 5-20 minutes; (D) reducing graphene oxide by the proton hydrogen released by the hydrolysis of sodium borohydride catalyzed by the metal oxide to obtain a nylon 6/metal oxide/graphene composite fiber with a porous structure; (E) putting the nylon 6/metal oxide/graphene composite fiber into a 0.5-2% dilute hydrochloric acid solution to remove metal oxides; and (F) rinsing with deionized water 3 times, and finally obtain nylon 6/graphene composite fiber with porous structure.
