▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Constructing biosensor for simultaneous determination of omethoate and acetamiprid, comprises mixing citric acid, arginine and aspartic acid, dissolving in water, heating to react to obtain aspartic acid-arginine-graphene quantum dot (Asp-Arg-GQD), adding chloroauric acid into Asp-Arg-GQD, reacting to obtain gold/Asp-Arg-GQD, dropping mixture of omethoate H1 and acetamiprid H2 on surface of gold electrode, dropping sealing agent on surface of gold electrode, obtaining omethoate H5 and tris (2-carboxyethyl) phosphine mixed reaction, adding gold/Asp-Arg-GQD to react, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide/N-hydroxysuccinimide, adding ferrocene to react to obtain Fc-Au/Asp-Arg-GQD-H5, taking acetamiprid H6 and tris (2-carboxyethyl) phosphine mixed reaction, adding Au/Asp-Arg-GQD, reacting to obtain Thi-Au/Asp-Arg-GQD-H6 after adding sulfurm adding omethoate and acetamiprid, immersing electrode in buffer solution, and detecting electrochemical signal of electrode. USE - The biosensor is useful in the determination of omethoate and acetamiprid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biological sensor has simple preparation, high detection sensitivity, and can realize double-component simultaneous measurement.
