▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A bi-component modified polyurethane waterproof coating comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises 15-40 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 1-3 pts. wt. chain extender, 65-80 pts. wt. diisocyanate and 0.5-5 pts. wt. plasticizer. The component B comprises 80-90 pts. wt. asphalt, 5-8 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS), 12-15 pts. wt. modified silicon dioxide nano material, 1-7 pts. wt. curing agent and 10-13 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - As modified bicomponent polyurethane waterproof coating. ADVANTAGE - The modified polyurethane waterproof coating free from organic solvents such as coal tar and toluene, is environmentally safe, as asphalt is mainly used for modifying the polyurethane coating. The compatibility between asphalt and polyurethane in the modified polyurethane waterproof coating, and the use stability of the coating, are improved. The coating also has improved water resistance, high and low temperature performance and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of two-component modified polyurethane waterproof coating material which involves: 1) heating polyether polyol and a chain extender under vacuum, adding diisocyanate and continuing stirring, cooling, adding a plasticizer and stirring to form a component A; 2) mixing asphalt, SBS, modified silicon dioxide nano material, curing agent and auxiliary agent and heating to form component B; 3) mixing component A and component B in a mass ratio 1: 2-4, to form the modified polyurethane waterproof coating.
