NOVELTY - A porous cubic boron nitride grinding wheel working layer comprises 15-25 wt.% cubic boron nitride abrasive particle clusters, 5 wt.% graphene particles, 15-20 wt.% urea particles, and 50-65 wt.% copper-tin-titanium active matrix alloy. USE - Porous cubic boron nitride grinding wheel working layer. ADVANTAGE - The grinding wheel working layer has high porosity, high strength, better self-sharpening and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing porous cubic boron nitride grinding wheel working layer.
