NOVELTY - The warmer has a graphene heating component and negativeoxygen ion generator (7) provided with a waterproof layer. A shell comprises a front shell (2) and a back shell (8). A graphene heating assembly is located in the shell. The graphene heating assembly comprises a graphene electro-thermal film (12). The transparent graphene electro-thermal film comprises an insulating protective layer, a graphene heating layer. A graphene emitting electrode is fixed on a surface of the heating layer. The graphene electro-thermal film is located between the front shell and a heat dissipation component. USE - Graphene bathroom warmer.
