NOVELTY - Preparing multilayer graphene involves providing a copper foil, bonding the copper foil to a substrate, annealing the copper foil after bonding the substrate. The surface of the annealed copper foil is subjected to chemical vapor deposition to grow graphene to obtain the multilayer graphene, where the copper foil has a space with the substrate, and the interval is less than 10 mu m. USE - Method for preparing multilayer graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare multilayer graphene realizes continuous catalysis of the carbon source, finally to obtain multilayer graphene of high quality, can realize mass production of multi-layer graphene, and it has good industrialization future.
