NOVELTY - Preparation of nickel oxide composite electrode material comprises preparing graphite oxide using crystalline flake graphite as precursor through chemical peeling, performing reduction treatment to obtain graphene, taking graphene, urea and nickel chloride hexahydrate, dispersing in water, hydrothermally reacting to obtain nickel oxide/graphene composite material, and microwave processing. USE - Method for preparing nickel oxide composite electrode material used in energy device such as super capacitor and lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nickel oxide composite electrode material, which has high capacity, high electrochemical activity, and high reduction degree high defect degree graphene, and excellent microwave absorption into heat capability. The method has simple operation, low consumption, high efficiency, which is suitable for large-scale processing and optimizing nickel oxide material, at the same time, it can be used for conductive lifting and heat treatment of other materials. The preparation process of the graphite oxide, reduction process of graphite or oxide graphene, hydrothermal reaction process, microwave treatment process is simple and easy to operate.
