NOVELTY - The skin has a metal electrode and a graphene layer provided with a sensing device for sensing stress on a flexible substrate. A nano graphene surface is prepared on a silicon substrate, and polymethyl methacrylate is coated on the nano graphene surface. A surface of a polymethyl methacrylate substrate silicon oxide graphene is coated in hydrofluoric acid solution. A metal is deposited as an electrode on the graphene surface. USE - Nano graphene tunneling artificial skin. ADVANTAGE - The skin has better ductility, strong pressure resistance and excellent electrical property.
