NOVELTY - The graphene plasmon cavity-perfect absorber coupled nano-resonant device has a uniformly distributed metal thin film grating (1), a wrapped optical dielectric layer (2), a tiled single-layer or multi-layer graphene (3)and a metal film substrate that are arranged from top to bottom. The optical dielectric layer is wrapped on both sides of the tiled single-layer or multi-layer graphene. The graphene is laid on an underlying optical medium. The uniformly distributed metal film grating forms a direct physical contact with the optical dielectric layer. The metal film substrate serves as a mirror to form a direct physical contact with the optical dielectric layer. USE - Graphene plasmon cavity-perfect absorber coupled nano-resonant device.
