▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Process for obtaining and using a magnetic enzymatic derivative containing enzymatic activities of cellulase and xylanase, involves (i) synthesizing nanocomposite as immobilization support using graphene oxide and magnetite, (ii) functionalizing the support and carrying out covalent immobilization of cellulase and xylanase of commercial enzyme preparation, and (iii) using the enzymatic magnetic derivative obtained in step (ii) in several cycles of enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocellulose biomass. USE - Process for obtaining and using magnetic enzymatic derivative used in enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocellulose biomass for forming hydrolysate of glucose and xylose used for production enzyme, fine chemical and bio-fuel (all claimed) such as ethanol, butanol and hydrogen. ADVANTAGE - The method produces enzymatic derivative which is reused in the enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocellulose biomass which forms glucose and xylose without the formation of inhibitor of microorganisms.
