NOVELTY - A conductive binder comprises 3-5 pts. wt. functionalized graphene, 30-40 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 10-20 pts. wt. conductive particles, 10-15 pts. wt. organic solvent, 5-10 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 5-6 pts. wt. latent curing agent, and 10-15 pts. wt. bonding resin. USE - Conductive binder for touchscreen production (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive binder provide graphene as new type of carbon nanomaterial with excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, which is used as conductive filler. It provides excellent conductivity for conductive binder. The graphene has excellent thermal conductivity. The uniform dispersion of graphene sheets in conductive binder ensures heat dissipation performance of conductive binder, reduces temperature of conductive adhesives, and prevents failure of conductive binder. The conductive binder adopts latent curing agent which improve curing efficiency, improves bonding ability, and beneficial to accelerate curing agent.
