NOVELTY - Multifunctional SERS chip, comprises g-carbon nitride-molybdenum sulfide-silver ternary composite, graphene oxide, silver cube and polydimethylsiloxane, where the upper and lower films prepared by using polydimethylsiloxane, and the silver cube layer is supported on the upper film, the graphene oxide layer and the g-carbon nitride-molybdenum sulfide-silver layer are supported on the underlying film, the upper film loaded with the silver cubic layer is closely attached to the lower film loaded with the graphene oxide layer and the g-carbon nitride-molybdenum sulfide-silver layer to form a double-layer film chip. USE - The multifunctional surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) chip for use in biomedicine, environment monitoring and agricultural product safety fields. ADVANTAGE - The chip has synergistic effect of electromagnetic and chemical enhancement generated by multiple plasma couplings, is beneficial to the improvement of the SERS enhancement capability of the chip. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of multifunctional SERS chip.
