NOVELTY - Solvent-free epoxy self-repairing anticorrosive coating comprises component A and component B. The component A includes 100 pts. wt. phenolic epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene dispersion slurry, 10-15 pts. wt. 128 epoxy resin capsules, 10-15 pts. wt. T31 phenalkamine curing agent capsules, 0.5-1 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor or corrosion inhibitor capsules, 150-200 pts. wt. pigments and fillers, 1-3 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant and 1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent. The B component is a polyamide curing agent. USE - Solvent-free epoxy self-repairing anticorrosive coating used as an anticorrosive coating on carbon steel substrates, stainless steel substrates and ceramic substrates for internal corrosion protection of petroleum casing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The solvent-free epoxy self-repairing anticorrosive coating has excellent temperature resistance, pressure resistance, medium corrosion resistance and self-repairing functions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a solvent-free epoxy self-repairing anticorrosive coating, which involves taking 100 pts. wt. phenolic epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene dispersion slurry, 10-15 pts. wt. 128 epoxy resin capsules, 10-15 pts. wt. T31 phenalkamine curing agent capsules, 0.5-1 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor or corrosion inhibitor capsules, 150-200 pts. wt. pigments and fillers, 1-3 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant and 1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent to obtain component A; taking the component B, which is a polyamide curing agent; mixing the A component and the B component uniformly to obtain the solvent-free epoxy self-healing anticorrosive coating; and (2) an anti-corrosion coating, which is formed by coating and curing the solvent-free epoxy self-repairing anti-corrosion coating.
