NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene-modified resin-based ballistic composite material involves pretreating graphene to have a reactive functional group on its surface, mixing graphene and adhesive uniformly, and distributing it uniformly in the resin to form a graphene-modified resin adhesive, which is followed by placing the graphene-modified resin adhesive in a glue tank, uniformly spreading reinforced ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber on continuous line, setting the traction speed to 1-3m/minutes, passing the resin under strictly controlled conditions for impregnation, and then drying it at 55-70 degrees C for 8-10 minutes to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing graphene modified resin-based ballistic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene modified resin-based ballistic composite material, which adds graphene to matrix adhesive to improves the overall ballistic performance of the composite material.
