NOVELTY - Freely combined square device comprises an electrolytic cell. An electrolyte is provided in the electrolytic cell. The electrolyzer is equipped with a square counter electrode and a support with mesh holes, and a filter bag membrane is arranged in the support. The filter bag membrane is equipped with graphite powder and current collector, graphite powder and current collector form a graphite electrode, and there is a gap between the graphite electrode and the square counter electrode. The square counter electrode is placed around the graphite electrode, and there is a gap between the square counter electrode and the inner bottom surface of the electrolytic cell. The top of the graphite electrode is provided with a heavy object to apply pressure, and the square counter electrode and the current collector are connected with an external power source. USE - The freely combined square device is useful for producing graphene by electro-stripping graphite powder. ADVANTAGE - The method can realize large-scale, stable, high-efficiency and low-cost electrochemical exfoliated graphite powder to produce graphene, improves the graphene yield, and stabilizes the exfoliation current.
