NOVELTY - Bow arm material comprises 5-10 pts. wt. galvanized carbon fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. magnesium powder, 2-5 pts. wt. boron carbide, 2-3 pts. wt. sodium fluorosilicate, 2-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. phosphite, 1-2 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 2-5 pts. wt. perfluoroether rubber, 1-2 pts. wt. red copper powder, 2-4 pts. wt. xylitol, 1-2 pts. wt. cow dung biological carbon, 2-4 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 2-5 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol terephthalate and 3-5 pts. wt. Cananga odorata oil. USE - Used as bow arm material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high bending stress, tensile strength, hardness and excellent wear resistance; and is long lasting. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing bow arm material comprising (i) adding galvanized carbon fiber, graphene oxide, magnesium powder, boron carbide, sodium fluorosilicate, cow dung biological carbon, silicon carbide, copper powder, xylitol and nano titanium dioxide into an ultrasound machine and ultrasonically dispersing for 20-30 minutes, (ii) removing from ultrasound machine, pressing in a press mold at 180-190 MPa for 2-3 minutes, (iii) placing molded compact in a vacuum hot press, sintering at 500-550 degrees C for 3-4 hours, and (iv) adding lubricant, phosphite, perfluoroether rubber, polyethylene glycol terephthalate, Cananga odorata oil, extruding at 400-430 degrees C, where extrusion strength is 500-550 MPa, and extrusion speed is 30 mm/second.
