▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The disk (1) has a hardened corpus (2) including grained abrasive, filler and polymer as a binder matrix. The filler comprises expanded graphite and/or graphene. The graphite is formed as a powdery material with d50-value ranging between 1 micrometer and 550 micrometers. The graphene is produced by exfoliation of carbon level via corresponding intermediate salts of graphite and/or graphite oxide or by a mechanical process. The graphite and/or graphene are surface modified by mild oxidation. A coupling region (3) includes a hole, where the disk is mounted on a spindle corresponding to the hole. USE - Grinding-and/or cutting disk for machining and cutting a workpiece i.e. abrasive grain. ADVANTAGE - The hardened corpus includes the grained abrasive, the filler and the polymer as the binder matrix, where expanded graphite is incorporated as the filler in the organic binder matrix for stiffening the binder, thus improving mechanical properties of the disk. The thermal heat can be distributed within the disk, and local thermal spikes are compensated in a quick manner, thus reducing thermal load of the organic binder and improving lifetime of the disk. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a top view of a grinding disk. Grinding-and/or cutting disk (1) Hardened corpus (2) Coupling region (3) Steel (5)
