▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electronic device has a graphene nanoribbon (1) having graphenes (1a) and (1b), an electrode (2) coupled to graphene (1a), and an electrode (3) coupled to the graphene (1b). The graphene (1a) is terminated on an edge by a terminal group (G1), and has polarity (P1). The graphene (1b) is terminated on an edge by a terminal group (G2) different to group (G1), and has polarity (P2) different from polarity (P1). USE - Electronic device e.g. heterojunction backward diode used as wave detector for wireless communication. ADVANTAGE - The electronic device has simple structure, improved power consumption, excellent reliability and desired voltage detection sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of electronic device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the exemplary plan view of heterojunction backward diode.
