NOVELTY - The device has a first bottom electrode, a dielectric layer and a top electrode that are formed with each other. A second bottom electrode, an oxygen storage layer, the dielectric layer and the top electrode are formed with each other. The dielectric layer is adhered with graphene oxide film. The first bottom electrode is coated with oxygen ion conductive oxide material. The second bottom electrode is fixed with a metal electrode. A top electrode is fixed with the metal electrode. The oxygen storage layer is coated with oxygen ion non-magnetic oxide material. USE - Device for realizing graphene oxide magnetic reversible regulation by using electric pulse. ADVANTAGE - The device is quick, simple and effective manner, and can control graphene oxide magnetic in a convenient manner.
