NOVELTY - The welding method involves generating arc between polished carbon rod or polished graphite rod, and the hard surface layer, blowing out compressed gas to clean roller surface and groove, laying floor in pressure roller groove, hardening surface on bottom layer of surface solder, forming pattern layer on hard surface of solder, until the press roll size meets the requirements to form a thin layer of graphene reinforced iron-based composite solder layer on roll surface, and distributing thin graphene particles on weld layer, floor laying, forming hard surface, and forming pattern. USE - Modified iron-based graphene composite material based pressure roller gas welding method (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The gas welding method involves (1) generating arc between polished carbon rod or polished graphite rod, and the hard surface layer remaining on the roll surface of the press roller to melt the hard layer metal, blowing out compressed gas to clean the roller surface and groove, (2) laying the floor in the pressure roller groove with welding multi-layer primer to achieve combination of solder and roll surface, (3) hardening surface on the bottom layer of surface solder, (4) forming a pattern layer on the hard surface of solder, until the press roll size meets the requirements to form a thin layer of graphene reinforced iron-based composite solder layer on the roll surface, uniformly distributing thin graphene particles on the weld layer, where solder comprises tubular wrapper material and filler powder, tubular wrapper material is low carbon steel or low alloy steel, filler powder is mixture of iron-based graphene powder, ceramic particles, boron, chromium, nickel, refractory metal and nano-alumina, weight ratio of iron-based graphene powder, ceramic particles, boron, chromium, nickel, refractory metal and nano-alumina powder is (50-80):(1-10):(7.6-10):(2-20):(1-4):(1-5):(5-20), mass ratio of iron to carbon in iron-based graphene powder is (50-80):(3.6-5), floor laying, forming hard surface, and forming pattern using gas protection welding torch, where protective gas comprises mixture of argon gas and carbon dioxide gas in ratio 1:(1-5).
