NOVELTY - The preparation method of manganese Schiff base-graphene oxide composite involves uniformly dispersing graphite oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide, adding ethylenediamine and N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide to obtained dispersion (A), and reacting, uniformly dispersing obtained aminated graphene oxide in anhydrous ethanol, adding salicylaldehyde to obtained dispersion (B), dripping acetic acid, and reacting, uniformly dispersing obtained surface-grafted Schiff base graphene oxide in anhydrous ethanol, adding manganese acetate tetrahydrate to obtained dispersion (C), and reacting. USE - Preparation of manganese Schiff base-graphene oxide composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of manganese Schiff base-graphene oxide composite with excellent dispersibility, curing effect, and thermal resistance by simple process in controlled manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of manganese Schiff base-graphene oxide composite involves uniformly dispersing 1 part mass graphite oxide in 500-600 parts mass N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain graphene oxide dispersion (A), adding 45-90 parts mass ethylenediamine and 3-5 parts mass N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide to dispersion (A), reacting at 70-75 degrees C for 6-12 hours, filtering, washing, drying to obtain aminated graphene oxide, uniformly dispersing 1 part mass aminated graphene oxide in 200-300 parts mass anhydrous ethanol to obtain aminated graphene oxide dispersion (B), slowly adding 91-182 parts mass salicylaldehyde to dispersion (B) in nitrogen atmosphere, dripping 1-2 parts mass acetic acid, reacting at 80-85 degrees C for 12-24 hours, filtering, washing, drying to obtain surface-grafted Schiff base graphene oxide, uniformly dispersing 1 part mass surface-grafted Schiff base graphene oxide in 200-300 parts mass anhydrous ethanol to obtain homogeneous dispersion (C), adding 0.98-4.9 parts mass manganese acetate tetrahydrate to dispersion (C) in nitrogen atmosphere, reacting at 60-65 degrees C for 6-12 hours, filtering, washing, and drying.
