▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing surface chemical modified soft silicon powder comprises (i) placing the soft silica powder in a heating furnace at 120-150℃, heating for 60-90 minutes, introducing inert gas protection in the heating process, applying 10-15 kHz ultrasonic oscillation process, (ii) directly introducing the soft silicone powder into a modifying agent pool to soak and modifying, where the modifying agent is stabilizing agent and silane coupling agent in a mass ratio of 1:500-600, and the stabilizer is magnetized graphene sodium petroleum sulfonate, (iii) placing the modified soft-silica powder in a wind box for drying at a low temperature of 5-10℃ and (iv) drying. USE - The method for preparing surface chemical modified soft silicon powder used in chemical industry, electronic, integrated circuit (IC), electric appliance, plastic, coating, high-grade paint and rubber. ADVANTAGE - The surface chemical modified soft silicon powder can effectively improve the hydrophobicity and dispersibility. The stabilizing agent can absorb the oxide impurity removed by the soft silica powder in the softsilicon powder modification process, avoiding it again adhering on the silane coupling agent to affect the modification effect. It uses low temperature drying, which can avoid the modified soft silicon powder surface modified layer oxidation caused by high temperature, further improving the dispersion performance of modified silane gel.
