▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing fluorine-doped titanium dioxide(B)/reduced graphene oxide composite material, comprises (i) adding graphene oxide into the acetic acid solution, stirring uniformly, adding glycolic acid, tetrabutyl titanate and ammonium fluoride, stirring uniformly, transferring into a reaction vessel to react, separating the obtained grey precipitate by anhydrous ethanol and water, washing and centrifuging and drying, and (ii) drying the grey precipitate at 400℃ with a heating rate of 2℃/minute, calcining for 2 hours under nitrogen atmosphere. USE - The composite material is useful for lithium battery cathode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has very high specific capacity and cycle stability, stable capacity at 202.3 mAh/g and exhibits excellent rate discharge performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Fluorine-doped titanium dioxide(B)/reduced graphene oxide composite material prepared by above method; and Use of fluorine-doped titanium dioxide (B)/reduced graphene oxide composite material for lithium battery cathode.
