▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An anti-corrosion plywood comprises 3-5 layers of veneers. The veneers are soaked in an anti-corrosion liquid and dried to obtain an anticorrosive veneer which has anti-corrosion single plates bonded by adhesive. The anti-corrosion liquid comprises 32-38 pts. wt. lignin modified phenolic resin, 1.2-1.8 pts. wt. metal borate, 55-65 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid of concentration 1.5-3.5 wt.% and 2.8-4.2 pts. wt. cuing agent. The adhesive comprises 58 -68 pts. wt. lignin modified phenolic resin, 3 -8 pts. wt. oxidized graphene, 12 -18 pts. wt. modified aluminium oxide, 9 -13 pts. wt. fatty alcohol and 5 -7 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate. USE - As corrosion-resistant plywood. ADVANTAGE - The plywood has strong corrosion resistance, high bonding strength and low free formaldehyde content. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of plywood, which involves: 1) mixing lignin modified phenolic resin, metal borate and hydrochloric acid for 25- 30 minutes, then adding 2.8-4.2 pts. wt. curing agent, stirring for 46 - 52 minutes, at 35-38°C to obtain preservative solution; 2) mixing lignin modified phenolic resin, oxidized graphene, modified aluminium oxide, fatty alcohol and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, at 42 - 48°C for 95-115 minutes, to form the adhesive; 3) vacuum drying the 3-5 layers of single plate after cleaning, then performing vacuum injection dipping treatment with anti-corrosion liquid and drying to obtain the anti-corrosion single plate; 4) uniformly distributing glue on the surface of the anti-corrosion single-plate, bonding the glue-distributing surfaces of the anti-corrosion single-plate.
