▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A low-infrared emissivity composite material comprises composite of graphene and zinc-cobalt oxide (I). USE - Low-infrared emissivity composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The low-infrared emissivity composite material has high absorption rate of centimeter waves of 2-18 GHz, and low emissivity of infrared band of 8-14 mu m, and is prepared by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A low-infrared emissivity composite material comprises composite of graphene and zinc-cobalt oxide of formula: Zn1-xCoxO (I). x=0.01-0.09. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of low-infrared emissivity composite material, which involves adding ammonium fluoride and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate into graphene/metal salt mixed solution, mixing uniformly, performing hydrothermal reaction at 120-180 degrees C and 10-30 degrees C/minute for 5-12 hours, naturally cooling the resultant reaction product after suction filtration and drying.
