NOVELTY - Thermally expandable filler and graphene synergistic power compound grease comprises 60-120 pts. wt. silicone oil, 0.1-3 pts. wt. gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 0.1-1 pts. wt. gamma-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 0.1-10 pts. wt. graphene, 5-20 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 20-80 pts. wt. conductive filler, 0.5-10 pts. wt. heat expandable filler, 0.1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 1-5 pts. wt. blocking agent. USE - Thermally expandable filler and graphene synergistic power compound grease. ADVANTAGE - The thermally expandable filler and graphene synergistic power compound grease adopts graphene, conductive filler and modified silicone oil to form a stable system, uses tunnel effect to realize conductivity, uses thermal expansion effect to strengthen conductivity under severe temperature rise condition, and is safe and more energy-saving. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a thermally expandable filler and graphene synergistic power compound grease, which involves: (A) weighing conductive filler and silicon dioxide in a vacuum oven for vacuum drying according to the formula ratio; (B) preparing modified silicone oil by mixing silicone oil, gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and gamma-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane in a planetary mixer, and dispersing it uniformly to obtain dispersed material; (C) adding conductive filler, silicon dioxide, graphene, polymer thermally expanded microspheres, modified silicone oil, antioxidant and blocking agent to planetary agitator according to formula ratio, dispersing and mixing it uniformly to obtain mixed material; (D) grinding obtained mixed material by using a three-roll mill to obtain grounded mixed product; and (E) filling obtained mixed product to obtain final product.
