▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene insole comprises 24-30 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 20-26 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 30-40 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. glycerol, 1-7 pts. wt. chain extender, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. water, 0.1-2 pts. wt. silicone oil, 0.2-1 pt. wt. amine additive, and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth. USE - The graphene insole is useful for full foot protection and safety shoes. ADVANTAGE - The graphene insole: is inexpensive; can release far-red radiation energy to actively congest blood vessels, accelerate metabolism, improve blood circulation and promote blood circulation in foot, thus improving immune function of human body and inhibiting growth of Escherichia coli; and has excellent UV resistance, properties of antibacterial, deodorization, antistatic and heat preservation, air permeability, and water absorption and desorption properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene insole, which involves: (1) mixing polyester polyol, polyether polyol, glycerol, chain extender, graphene, water, amine additive, diatomaceous earth and silicone oil, and prepolymerizing to form a prepolymer; and (2) mixing the prepolymer with diisocyanate, polymerizing, and foaming.
