▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-based quantum dot-based tumor-catalyzed nanoreactor comprises carboxy terminal of peroxidase-active graphene quantum dot and amino terminal of glucose oxidase which are connected. USE - The graphene-based quantum dot-based tumor-catalyzed nanoreactor is useful in preparation of anti-tumor drug (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanoreactor has extremely low catalytic efficiency under neutral conditions, has excellent biocompatibility and is nontoxic effect on normal tissues. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method of preparing tumor-catalyzed nanoreactor, involves using ruthenium as raw material, reacting ruthenium with nitric acid to prepare trinitro-xylene, which is a precursor, preparing precursor with peroxidase activity by hydrothermal reaction to obtain alkene quantum dots, activating the carboxy terminal of the graphene quantum dot having peroxidase activity using carbodiimide/N-hydroxysuccinimide at room temperature to obtain amino group with glucose oxidase; (2) tumor-catalyzed nanoreactor prepared by the method; (3) use of tumor-catalyzed nanoreactor, in preparation of anti-tumor drug; and (4) antitumor pharmaceutical composition comprising active ingredient and pharmaceutical excipients, where the active ingredient comprises tumor catalytic nanoreactor or derivative.
