NOVELTY - The platform has a main frame (1) provided with an upper roller platform frame (2) and a lower roller platform frame (3). Opposite surfaces of the upper roller platform frame and the lower roller platform frame are connected with a roller (21) and a resistance sheet (43). Bottom ends of the upper roller platform frame and the lower roller platform frame are connected with a resistance adjusting device (4) and a platform lifting mechanism (5). The resistance adjusting device is connected with a resistance plate (41) that is connected with the resistance sheet through a screw. The platform lifting mechanism is connected with the main frame. An inlet end of the main frame is connected with a chain driving device (11). Two ends of a roller (21) are connected with a chain (27), where a protective layer is made of graphene and tetrafluoroethylene copolyme. USE - Automatic polyester foam utilizing direction intensity enhancing type orientation platform. ADVANTAGE - The resistance sheet controls the lower pressure degree so as to control friction force of polyester foams under the resistance adjusting device. The platform homogenizes stress distribution, avoids stress concentration and improves bearing capacity of the orientation force without local stress concentration. The platform avoids accumulation of stress, improves uniformity of orientation and reduces damage of extra resistance to the shape of the plank stuff and reverse friction generated by the resistive sheet to maintain continuous tensile action of the sheet material.
