NOVELTY - Preparation of silver powder, comprises preparation of graphene, preparation of PVP dispersion; preparation of first silver nitrate, preparation of VC solution, pouring the PVP dispersion into the first silver nitrate solution, stirring and mixing to obtain the silver nitrate-PVP mixed solution; dripping the VC solution into the mixed solution of the silver oxide graphene with silver oxide to stir and mix to obtain the suspension of the oxidized graphene nano particle; raising the temperature of the oxidized graphene loaded nano-particle suspension to 95 ℃, stirring, maintaining the temperature for 3 hours to obtain the nano-reduced graphene oxide silver powder. USE - Preparation method of graphene silver powder used in solar energy anode conductive silver paste used in photovoltaic power generation. ADVANTAGE - The graphene silver powder has excellent conductivity, large specific surface area, and high carrier electron mobility.
