NOVELTY - The cotton-based sound-absorbing felt for air conditioner product has a porous non-woven pad (1) set at the middle part, where two ends of the porous non-woven pad are provided with a honeycomb elastic resin net (2). The outer side of the honeycomb elastic resin net is provided with a damping vibration damping block (3). A damping vibration damping block (3) is inserted with an aluminium alloy wire (4). The aluminium alloy wire passes through the porous non-woven pad. The honeycomb elastic resin net and damping vibration damping block are fixedly connected. The outer side of the damping vibration damping block is provided with a regenerative cotton fibre cloth (5). Aluminium alloy wire passes through the regenerative cotton fibre cloth to seal edge of the cotton base sound absorbing felt. The outer surface of the regenerative cotton fibre cloth is coated with a flame-retardant heat-resistant layer (6). USE - Cotton-based sound-absorbing felt for air conditioner product used in automobiles and electrical appliances. ADVANTAGE - The porous non-woven pad is used as the bottom lining of the sound-absorbing felt. The damping block and the elastic resin net are sewn through the aluminum alloy threads. The sound-absorbing and sound-insulating effects and the vibration-damping and buffering effects of the sound-absorbing felt are improved. The elasticity and the comfort of the sound-absorbing felt are improved. The damage of high temperature and high heat to an inner layer structure is isolated through coating the flame-retardant heat-resistant layer, and the quality is improved through strict inspection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The cotton-based sound-absorbing felt for air conditioner product has a porous non-woven pad (1) set at the middle part, where two ends of the porous non-woven pad are provided with a honeycomb elastic resin net (2). The outer surface of the regenerative cotton fibre cloth is coated with a flame-retardant heat-resistant layer (6). The porous non-woven pad comprises 30-45 wt.% regenerative cotton short fibre, 30-45 wt.% rare earth-graphene composite modified synthetic epoxy resin, 30-40 wt.% modified graphene-p-phenylene benzobisoxazole ultra-short fibre, 5-15 wt.% modified graphene polyimide ultra- short fibre, 5-10 wt.% ceramic ultra-short fibre, 5-10 wt.% an organic rare earth, and 2-5 wt.% oxide graphene.
