▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene structural ceramic mobile phone backboard comprises taking raw materials comprising more than 90 wt.% zirconia, more than 4.5 wt.% yttrium oxide and 3-5 wt.% coloring agent; compressing ceramic granulation powder zirconia and yttrium oxide; cold isopressing and homogenizing to obtain primary blank, drying in microwave oven to remove colloid in powder, cooling to normal temperature in heat-preservation sintering pot, performing near-size machining, dipping in 0.1-5.0 mg/ml suspension of graphene particles having plane size of 150-500 nm and 1-8 atomic layers, finishing in pressure dipping device at 20-50 MPa for 2-4 minutes, putting in microwave heat-preservation sintering pot for oxygen insulation protection, putting sintering pot in microwave ceramic high-temperature sintering furnace, heating at 4-15 degrees C/minute and microwave sintering at crystallization temperature of ceramic material, and machining surface and size by computer numerical control (CNC). USE - The method is for preparation of graphene structural ceramic mobile phone backboard. ADVANTAGE - The method improves performance of structural ceramic material, and reduces purchase cost of raw materials. By optimizing the processing technology, the finished product rate and processing efficiency of whole product are improved. The processing cost is reduced. The preparation method is capable of industrial production.
