▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesis of composite three-dimensional photoelectrode involves forming an anatase-type titanium dioxide nanowire matrix on a fluorine-doped tin oxide substrate by hydrothermal synthesis method, continuously growing a crystal redstone-type titanium dioxide nanowire matrix on the anatase-type titanium dioxide nanowire matrix by sol-gel method, forming a reduced graphene oxide film on the surface of titanium dioxide by spin-coating method, and finally depositing cuprous oxide on the surface of the reduced graphene oxide film by chemical deposition method. USE - Synthesis of titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide/cuprous oxide composite three-dimensional photoelectrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical synthesis of titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide/cuprous oxide composite three-dimensional photoelectrode having excellent chemical stability, photoelectrochemical properties and high repeatability by environmentally-friendly process.
