NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene involves oxidizing graphite using acid to form graphene, oxidizing graphene to form graphene oxide, and reducing graphene oxide. The graphene has reversible capacity of 1000 mAh/g or more when subjected to charge-discharge test by 50 mA/g in voltage of 0.01-3 V after 10 cycles. USE - Manufacture of graphene used for negative electrode active material.
