NOVELTY - Composite material involves blending process of oxidized graphene and carboxymethyl chitosan, where the weight ratio of the oxidized graphene and the carboxymethyl chitosan is 1-25:100, preferably 5-20:100. USE - Composite material for treating meta- dimethyl hydrazine pollutant using device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides composite adsorption material that is non-toxic and harmless, non-self-ignition combustion-supporting, good adsorption performance and an effective remove leakage of low concentration of dimethyl hydrazine waste water, and high concentration of dimethyl hydrazine waste liquid. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an experimental method using device which involves: a setting an electric fan (2) in the sealed experiment box (1), connecting the dimethyl hydrazine gas detector to the experiment device, opening the electric fan in the device; b removing the dimethyl hydrazine pollutant in the surface using the composite material to computing the pollutant; and c putting the surface (3) into the sealed experiment box using the dimethyl hydrazine gas detector to detect the concentration of the meta- dimethyl hydrazine in the air, preferably the wt.% of the dimethyl hydrazine in the dimethyl hydrazine pollutant concentration is 10-100 wt.%, the dimethyl hydrazine gas detector is a dimethyl hydrazine electrochemical gas detector.
