NOVELTY - Flame retardant anti-aging packaging tray comprises 40-50 pts. wt. wood powder, 25-35 pts. wt. polyethylene, 20-30 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, 5-15 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. styrene, 1-4 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 1-3 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorbing agent UV-327, 2-4 pts. wt. antioxidant 1010, 5-10 pts. wt. maleic anhydride-butyl acylate-styrene terpolymer, 1-2 pts. wt. calcium stearate, and 1-2 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, where modified graphene oxide is prepared by adding graphene oxide in de-ionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion liquid, adding coupling agent ethanol solution, reacting, filtering, washing and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide. USE - Used as flame retardant anti-aging packaging tray. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flame retardant anti-aging packaging tray comprising (i) drying wood powder at 100 degrees C until water content is less than 3%, (ii) mixing maleic anhydride-grafted polyethylene, modified graphene oxide, styrene and dicumyl peroxide at 110- 130 degrees C, adding remaining raw materials, and melting at 150-160 degrees C to obtain premix, (iii) extruding premix, plasticizing, and pelleting in double-screw extruder having four zones, where temperature of four zones are 150-155 degrees C, 155-160 degrees C, 165-170 degrees C, and 170 degrees C, and (iv) adding in injection molding machine, performing injection molding at 120 MPa, maintaining at 115MPa for 10 seconds.
