NOVELTY - Rubber comprises 100 pts. wt. natural rubber, 2-8 pts. wt. surface-treated graphene, 10-30 pts. wt. surface treated gypsum whiskers, 10-20 pts. wt. white carbon black, 1-3 pts. wt. accelerator, 1-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide and 3-6 pts. wt. sulfur. The surface-treated graphene is prepared by dispersing graphene in absolute ethanol, mixing uniformly, adding borate coupling agent, and mechanically stirring the reaction at 55 degrees C for 4 hour to obtain a dispersion solution. The dispersion solution is suction filtered, washed to neutrality, dried and pulverized to obtain surface-treated graphene. The preparation method of surface-treated gypsum whiskers involves adding gypsum whiskers to an aqueous ethanol solution containing an aluminate coupling agent, and mechanically stirring at 65 degrees C for 20 minutes. The pH range of the system is controlled between 4-5. The obtained product is dried to obtain surface-treated gypsum whiskers. USE - Rubber for suction cup of intelligent manipulator. ADVANTAGE - The rubber plays a good role in filling the intermolecular defects of natural rubber, and significantly improves its rigidity and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing rubber, which involves preparing raw materials according to required weight, breaking natural rubber in a continuous mixer with a 2 mm roller pitch, thin passing, adjusting the roll distance to 0.5 mm, controlling the roll temperature at 50 degrees C, and thin passing multiple times; ramming, relaxing the roll distance to 1 mm, and wrapping the film, and repeating the tapping operation multiple times; and mixing the rubber, adjusting the roller temperature to 55 degrees C, adjusting the roll distance to 1 mm, adding accelerator, antioxidants, surface-treated graphene, surface-treated gypsum whiskers, white carbon black, stearic acid, zinc oxide and sulfur, smelting, placing the mixed rubber sample for 8 hours, and determining the optimal vulcanization process by a rotorless vulcanizer, and vulcanizing on a flat plate vulcanizer to prepare a composite sample.
