NOVELTY - An aqueous heavy-duty anticorrosion coating comprises components (A,B) in a weight ratio of 2-6:1. Component (A) comprises 12-40 pts. wt., preferably 20-25 pts. wt. zinc powder, 0.2-5 pts. wt., preferably 2-3 pts. wt. graphene slurry, 20-65 pts. wt., preferably 30-40 pts. wt. antirust pigment, and 8-25 pts. wt., preferably 12-15 pts. wt. hydrophilic epoxy curing agent. Component (B) comprises 40-90 pts. wt. epoxy resin emulsion, 0-60 pts. wt. water, and 0-0.5 pt. wt. preservative. USE - Aqueous heavy-duty anticorrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating forms films having a conductive mesh structure, effectively uses zinc powder, reinforces and protects the substrate, has excellent shielding effect, and reduces the usage amount of zinc powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the coating, which involves mixing raw materials of component (A) and mixing with component (B).
