▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing superhydrophobic composite coating comprises (i) adding nanoparticles and organic binder into absolute ethanol, and magnetically stirring for 0.1-12 hours at room temperature to obtain organic-inorganic bonding suspension, (ii) adding silicon solution, fluorine-containing silane, and organosilane into anhydrous ethanol-water mixed system, adding catalyst, hydrolyzing and condensing at 20-90℃ for 0.1-48 hours, cooling and allow to stand to obtain super-amphiphobic solution, (iii) using cleaned surface as substrate of superhydrophobic liquid coating, uniformly spraying organic-inorganic bonding suspension on surface of substrate, adjusting spraying time, controlling thickness of adhesive layer at 10-300 μm, and drying at room temperature to obtain semi-cured adhesive coating, and (iv) uniformly spraying super-amphiphobic solution on surface of semi-cured adhesive coating after ultrasonic treatment and drying to obtain super-hydrothermal liquid composite coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing superhydrophobic composite coating in technical field of coating materials, and for many soft and hard surfaces, building material, fabric, and other surface. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare super-thinning hot liquid composite coating, which has excellent coating properties, and provides coating with excellent adhesiveness, and excellent adhesion to the substrate. The coating has excellent corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, heat resistance, and chemical resistance.
